Weekly reflection

This week was a good reminder that impact does not always come from a single major milestone. More often, it comes from creating momentum across many interconnected initiatives.

Over the past few days, I had the opportunity to contribute to brand planning, omnichannel strategy, AI adoption, capability building, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams and markets. While each activity may seem small in isolation, together they help move the organisation forward, strengthen alignment, and create the conditions for future success.

One lesson that continues to stand out is the value of being a multiplier rather than a contributor to a single project. Aligning stakeholders, sharing knowledge, connecting initiatives, and helping teams make progress can often create greater impact than any individual deliverable.

Moving into next week, the focus remains the same: keep things moving, keep people connected, and keep turning ideas into action. Small steps, taken consistently across multiple fronts, are what ultimately drive meaningful change.
